High Ribbed Formwork
High ribbed formwork can be called fast-ribbed formwork. It is a new type of environmentally friendly construction materials. High ribbed formwork play an important role on the project quality, structure and reducing costs.
Our meshes include two parts, that is continuously protruding U bohe shape mesh and fish bone tight side. The strength of "V"shape mesh bone, continuons pareuel arranged"V"naesh bone is the main source of the strength of steel mesh, the mesh can bend as the "V"shape bone parellel direction. SM Concrete fast-ribbed formwork(HY-RIB)
Fast-ribbed formwork is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet according to RSEN10142 1991 FEP03G1+FEP02G1Z27. Its mesh and U-shape cross section is cut by automatic machines. This product has excellent engineering quality and construction security. It is widely used in tunnels bridges, valve basement systems, sewage systems, subways, retaining walls, nuclear power plants, shipyards, water pools and marine engineering works, high rise building projects and non-regular or bending pattern etc. as concrete permanent assembly-free formwork.etc.
Features:
Fast-ribbed formwork is of multiple pores and special mesh. It is easy to let reinforced steel bar 12mm below to go through the formwork just with little force. For reinforced steel bar with large diameter, it can go through by shearing the mesh. Besides, the formwork can be installed before tying the bars that can then penetrate into the form through the mesh.
